At Clarissa Boutique we take pride in providing our brides with personal customer service and the highest quality products available. We understand that purchasing bridal accessories and gifts for your big day is a big decision. Therefore, above all, we want you to be happy with your final purchases!
Each bride’s situation is unique. Please call us before your wedding date to discuss any purchases you may be questioning.
Online Returns
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you must email info@clarissaboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, and we have not received an email, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or credit. We also cannot extend a refund on final sale items and customized items.
You must mail your item within 7 days of receiving the item to 4603 Butler Street Pittsburgh ,PA 15201.
You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, Clarissa Boutique is not responsible for shipping charges for your returned items.
The items will be inspected to ensure the merchandise is unworn or unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging to be considered for a refund or exchange.
Clarissa Boutique will issue a refund for the total of the order to your original form of payment.
Processing time for returns is 7-10 business days.
